PlaySide Studios Limited is an Australia-based video game developer. The Company's principal activities include development of mobile games on a work-for-hire basis for external intellectual property (IP) owners; and development and monetization of PlaySide original games. Its Brands & Licensing division deal with fixed price contracts. In its Original IP division, it develops, publishes, and maintains its own branded titles. Through its Partnership divisions it develops IP to partner with publishers in geographies, such as China. It also focuses on e-sports gaming. Its various titles include Age of Darkness: Final Stand, Animal Warfare, and Battle Simulator: Warfare, among others. Its titles in development include Legally Blonde, The Godfather, Dumb Ways to Die (DWTD) and others. Its portfolio consists of more than 50 titles that are delivered across four platforms, which include mobile, virtual reality, augmented reality, and personal computer (PC).
