PNE Industries Ltd is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing, dealing and trading of electrical and electronic products and appliances. The Company operates through three segments: Contract manufacturing, Trading, and Others. Its Contract manufacturing segment comprises products sold including electronic controllers and electronic and electrical products. Its Trading segment comprises products sold including emergency lighting equipment and related products. The Company designs, manufactures and distributes a range of emergency lighting equipment, including those for indoor use or outdoor use. It also manufactures full product assemblies, incorporating electronic controllers, such as smart home lighting devices with Internet of Things (IoT) features. The Company’s subsidiaries include PNE Appliance Controls Pte Ltd, PNE Electric Sdn Bhd, PNE Electronic Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, and among others.
