The Company's business activities include the acquisition, holding and management as well as the disposal of investments. Its investments are divided into two categories: core investments and portfolio investments. It is engaged in the holding and managing of its investments in Volkswagen AG, through which the Company manages 10 motor brands from five European countries: Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Audi, SEAT, Skoda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Porsche, Ducati, Scania, MAN and others. These long-term investments in Volkswagen AG and Porsche AG form the core investments category. In the portfolio investments category, it holds minority shareholdings in several technology companies in North America, Europe and Israel, as well as investing in private equity and venture capital funds.
