Pou Sheng International (Holdings) Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the distribution and retail of sports apparel and footwear products. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Sale of Sportswear and Footwear Product segment is engaged in the wholesale sales of sportswear and footwear products and retail sales through its own retail stores, counters in department stores and the Internet. The Commission from Concessionaire Sale segment provides space in shopping malls to retailers and distributors for concession sales.
