Profile Summary

Procter & Gamble Health Limited, formerly Merck Limited, is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of pharmaceuticals, bulk drugs, fine chemicals and pigments. The Company operates through two segments: Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals. Its geographical segments include Domestic and Exports. Its Pharmaceutical segment consists of ethicals used in the treatment of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, consumer healthcare products and vitamins-based formulations. The Pharmaceuticals segment has two business divisions: BioPharma and Consumer Health. Its Chemicals segment includes bulk drugs and pigments. It consists of two divisions: Pharma Chem Solutions and Performance Materials. The Pharm Chem Solutions division offers products and solutions, including active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients. It offers products, such as vitamin E, guaizulene, thaiminedisulphide (TDS).
