Profile Summary
Railcare Group AB is a Sweden-based company engaged in the provision of products and services for the railway industry. Its operations are divided into two divisions: Contracting and Transportation. The Contracting division offers a range of services, including cable detection and relocation, trenching, cable touching excavation, drainage repairs and installation, snow and train ice remocal and projecting, among others. The Transportation division is engaged in railway transportation services, as well as leasing of locomotives, wagons and drivers. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had six wholly owned subsidiaries, including Railcare Aktiebolag, Railcare Export AB, Railcare Tag AB, Railcare Danmark A/S, Three T Aktiebolag and Railcare Lining AB.
