Profile Summary

Reach Subsea ASA, formerly Transit Invest ASA, is a Norway-based company engaged in the supply of subsea services, such as inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR), survey, construction support, Roll-Over Valve (ROV) and decommissioning. The Company’s activities are divided into four business segments: Construction and installation, operates primarily within Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) contracts; IMR, which provides subsea infrastructure inspection, maintenance and repair of subsea assets, and module handling, among others; Survey and pipeline inspection, including three-dimensional (3D) seabed mapping and pipeline supervision; as well as Decommissioning, which is responsible mainly for project contracts. Its fleet comprises Edda Fonn, Dina Star, Surveyor, Supporter and Normand Reach. Furthermore, the Company is a parent of Reach Subsea AS.
