Recharge Metals Limited is an Australia-based exploration company focused on the Newnham Lake Uranium Project, in The Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, Canada, as well as the Express and Wapistan Lithium Projects, in James Bay, Quebec, Canada. The Newnham Lake Uranium Project comprises a single mineral disposition covering an area of approximately 15.84 square kilometers (km2) proximal to the north-eastern margin of the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, Canada. The Express Lithium Project is in the heart of lithium-cesium-tantalum pegmatite province, James Bay, Quebec, Canada. Express Project comprises over 139 mineral claims over two contiguous claim blocks, covering over 74 km2 project area. The Wapistan Lithium Project comprises 219 mineral claims, covering approximately 107.22 km2 over two contiguous claim blocks, in James Bay Region in Quebec, Canada. The Brandy Hill South Project lies over 60 km southeast of Yalgoo in the Murchison Region of Western Australia, covering over 850km2.
