Profile Summary
Reliance Global Holdings Limited, formerly Sustainable Forest Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company principally engaged in the sale of timber and wooden products. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through four segments. The Sales of Timber and Wooden Products segment sells timber and wood products including sawn timber products. The Money Lending segment is engaged in the money lending business. The Sustainable Forest Management segment is engaged in the management and investment in natural forests, the licensing of harvesting rights, the timber and wood processing, and the trading and sale of forest and timber products. The Leasing of Properties segment is engaged in the leasing business of premises to generate rental income and property appreciation income.
