Profile Summary
Relpol SA is a Polish company specializing in electromagnetic relays. The Company is a producer and wholesaler of relays, industrial automation equipment, control systems, and radiation portal monitors. The Company’s product line is divided into four basic lines, including plug-in power relay, used in industrial applications; printed circuit board (PCB) power relays used as power components in electronic devices; interface relays for automations systems; and relays sockets for connection of relays. Additionally, the Company’s product offering includes: contactors and thermal relays, time relays, monitoring relays, motor protection circuit breakers, lighting and overvoltage protection devices, push-buttons and switches. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated eight subsidiaries, based in Ukraine, Belarus, the Russian Federation, Lithuania, France, the United Kingdom and Poland.
