Profile Summary
Royal Holdings Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the restaurant, contract, hotel, and food businesses. The Company has four business segments. Restaurant segment operates chain restaurants such as the hospitality restaurant Royal Host, the tendon and tempura specialty restaurant Ten-Ya, the salad bar and grill Sizzler, and the pizza restaurant Shakey's, as well as beer restaurants, cafes and others. Contract Business segment operates a wide variety of restaurant formats in airport terminal buildings, highway service areas and parking areas, convention facilities and others. The Hotel Business segment operates business hotels nationwide, including the Richmond Hotel. The Food Business segment provides infrastructure functions for the group's various businesses, as well as the production of commercial meals for companies outside the group and Royal Deli frozen meals for home use. The Company also engages in in-flight catering and real estate leasing businesses.
