RPM Automotive Group Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in the automotive aftermarket business. The Company's businesses include importing, wholesaling and retailing of tyres, mechanical repairs, motorsport apparel and safety equipment, niche manufacturing and a roadside assistance service for the transport industry. Its segments include Motorsport, Repairs and Roadside, Wheels and Tyres, and Performance & Accessories. The Motorsport segment includes the sale of specialized motorsport accessories, and manufacturing and sale of FIA accredited motorsport racing suits using its trademarked RPM branding which is recognized and associated with its Revolution Racegear retail outlets. The Performance & Accessories segment manufactures, distributes and retails specialized automotive accessories for the automotive original equipment and aftermarket. The Company owns brands, such as RPM Racewear, Carline, Genie, Formula Off-Road, RPM Autoparts, Safety Dave and Max 4x4.
