The Company operates through four segments: Motorsport, Repairs and Roadside, Wheels and Tyres, and Accessories. The Motorsport segment is engaged in the sale of specialized motorsport accessories. The segment also manufactures and sells Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) accredited motorsport racing suits using its trademarked RPM brand. The Repairs and Roadside segment is a carline licensee of auto repair workshops. The segment provides roadside assistance, specializing in tire repair and replacement for trucking and large plant and equipment. The Wheels and Tyres segment is engaged in the wholesaling of truck, heavy equipment, and motor vehicle tires. The Accessories segment manufactures specialized automotive accessories for the automotive aftermarket.
