The Company is the publisher of SANDESH, a Gujarati daily newspaper in Gujarat Region, it carries on the business of editing, printing and publishing newspapers and periodicals. It also runs Gujarati news channel, Sandesh News, and out of Home Business under the name of OOH. The Company's segments include Media, Finance and Trade in Commodities. The Company has expanded into complementary verticals, including Sandesh News, its 24/7 Gujarati news television channel, Spotlight, its Out-of-Home media solutions vertical, and a growing suite of digital offerings spanning mobile applications and digital editions. SANDESH is a Gujarati daily newspaper that commands a throughout the Gujarat area. The enterprise prints several distinct editions across urban hubs in Gujarat, which include Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, and Bhuj. Its subsidiary is Sandesh Digital Private Limited.
