Profile Summary

Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration and commercial exploitation of mining concessions in Mexico, with a primary focus on silver and zinc, including gold, lead and copper. The Company owns and operates the Rosario Project and the Zimapan Mine. The Rosario Mine is located within the Charcas Mining District. The Rosario Mine area has been the subject of exploration work by the Mexican Geologic Service (SGM). The Zimapan Mine is located seven kilometers from the municipality of Zimapan. The Zimapan Mine consists approximately 34 mining concessions covering an area of 5,139 hectares.
