Santec Holdings Corp, formerly Santec Corp, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of optical component-related and optical measuring instrument-related products. The Company operates through two business segments. Optical Components Related segment is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of optical components for optical transmission equipment. Products include optical monitors, optical attenuators, optical filters, and spatial light modulators (SLM). Optical Measuring Instrument Related segment is engaged in development, manufacture and sale of optical transmission equipment, measuring instruments for evaluation and inspection of optical parts, optical coherence tomography, and optical intraocular dimension measuring equipment. Products include wavelength tunable light sources, wavelength tunable filters, high-speed scanning lasers, optical coherence tomography (OCT) and others. It is also engaged in the system solution business.
