Scana’s portfolio companies are divided into three business areas: Offshore, Energy and Maritime. Scana ASA consists of three portfolio companies: Skarpenord, Subseatec and Seasystems. Skarpenord is a supplier of valve control systems. Subseatec is one of the experienced specialist when it comes to riser applications for the oil and gas industry. Seasystems is a company that supplies system solutions within anchoring to the oil and gas industry, fish farming and floating wind power. The Company operates in Norway and Sweden.
