Profile Summary
Strata Minerals Limited is an Australia-based exploration company with a focus on acquiring, exploring and developing mineral projects in various jurisdictions. The Company is advancing a portfolio of gold assets in western Australia, led by the Zelica, Penny South and Biranup Gold Projects. The Zelica South Project consists of tenements E39/2188 and P39/6171. The Zelica Gold Project is in the Yundamindra District between Leonora and Laverton in Western Australia’s Eastern Goldfields, within over 50 kilometers of multiple one million ounces gold deposits and processing mills. Its Penny South Gold Project (E57/1045), which is located over 450 km northeast of Perth and 100 km southwest of Sandstone and consists of four blocks covering 9.95 square kilometers (km2). The Biranup project is an early-stage gold project located in the north-eastern Albany-Fraser belt, over 350 km north-east of Kalgoorlie. Elliot Lake Uranium Project comprises over 41 multi-cell mining claims covering 180 km2.
