Profile Summary
SGH Ltd, formerly Seven Group Holdings Limited, is an Australia-based diversified operating company, with businesses across industrial services, energy and media. In industrial services, the Company owns WesTrac, Boral and Coates. WesTrac is the sole authorized Caterpillar dealer in Western Australia (WA) and New South Wales (NSW)/Australian Capital Territory (ACT), providing heavy equipment sales and support to customers. Boral is an integrated construction materials business, producing and selling a broad range of materials, including quarry materials, cement, concrete, asphalt and recycled materials. Boral has operations in all the Australian States and Territories. Coates is an equipment hire business, which provides a range of general and specialist equipment to a wide variety of markets. In Energy, it has a 30% shareholding in Beach Energy, and wholly owns SGH Energy. In Media, it has a 40% shareholding in Seven West Media. Its other investments include Allight.
