It operates a network of bakery outlets and restaurants of approximately 26 food establishments operating under four brands: Proofer,300 BC, Yuba Hut and Laura. Proofer brand operates a chain of retail artisanal bakeries which offer a range of fresh bakery products, including breads, pizzas and cakes. 300 BC brand operates retail bakery outlets, which sells fresh bakery products, including breads and cakes. Yuba Hut operates Japanese fast casual dining restaurants, which provides Japanese cuisine and a range of traditional and fusion Japanese food, such as maki rolls, donburi rice bowls and sashimi. Laura is the Company’s Western fast casual dining restaurant, which serves protein bowls and artisanal bakery products.
