Profile Summary
Sinteza SA is a Romania-based company engaged in the chemical industry. The Company organizes its products into three main groups: Synthesis organic products, which include benzoic acid technical grade, flakes, liquid and powder, as well as salicylic acid and sodium benzoate; Agrochemicals, which comprise organo-phosphate products and insecticides, and Coatings, which include water soluble paints, alkyd resins paints and enamels, varnishes for wood protection and bituminous waterproofing varnishes, among others. Additionally, the Company produces flotation reagents, additives for mineral oils, solvents, brake fluid, antifreeze and sealants. The Company distributes its products nationally and internationally, including Italy, Poland, Germany and Hungary. The main shareholder of the Company is BT Asset Management Co Ltd of Thailand, jointly owned by CIMB-Principal Asset Management Co Ltd and CIMB Group Sdn Bhd.
