SmartDrive Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of services mainly utilizing mobility data (Global Positioning System (GPS) data (latitude and longitude, GPS speed, GPS accuracy), and acceleration sensor data). The Company operates three services and businesses: domestic fleet operator business (domestic FO business), domestic asset owner business (domestic AO business), and overseas mobility digital transformation (DX) business. Domestic FO business mainly provides SmartDrive Fleet (cloud-based fleet management service for corporate customers) and other optional services. Domestic AO business is engaged in the provision of original equipment manufacturing (OEM), proof of concept (POC) and research and development (R&D) support for SmartDrive Fleet for partner companies. The overseas mobility DX business develops each service in Japan for the Southeast Asian market.
