The Company is a 97,68%-owned subsidiary of Unibail-Rodamco SE, formerly Unibail-Holding. On October 13, 2006, the Company changed its object to long term real estate investment trust and since then, it has reported no activities. As of December 31, 2013, the Company has not carried on any business until the present day. As stated in the annual report for 2013, the Company has no operating activities and is limited to managing liquidity. In 2014 the Company plans to continue the research in the field of asset management and capital investment.
