The Company is engaged in the promotion, development and management of residential and office real estate projects. The Company divides its business into three divisions: Real Estate Projects, Business Center and Office Rental. In the division Real Estate Projects, Softimat develops and promotes residential blocks and apartments in Belgium. In Business Center, the Company operates and manages different offices. In Office Rental, the Company rents office space to other companies or individuals. The Company operates its business through a number of subsidiaries, such as Softimat Noord SA or Softimat Consulting SA, among others. The Company and the subsidiaries operate in Belgium and Luxembourg.
