Profile Summary
South Harz Potash Limited is a potash exploration and development company with its flagship project located in the South Harz Potash District region of Germany, midway between Frankfurt and Berlin. The Company specializes in the development of potash mining projects. It holds three perpetual potash mining licenses, Ohmgebirge, Ebeleben and Muhlhausen-Nohra, and two potash exploration licenses, Kullstedt and Grafentonna, covering a total area of over 659 square kilometers (km2). The Ohmgebirge Project is located at the north-western extent of the South Harz sedimentary basin approximately 30 kilometers (km) west of Sondershausen and 65km northwest of the state capital, Erfurt. The Ebeleben mining license is in the north-western part of the Federal State of Thuringia. The Muhlhausen-Kullstedt area combines the southern portion of the Muhlhausen-Nohra Mining License with the Kullstedt exploration License. The Nohra-Elende is the three potash fields hosted by its Muhlhausen-Nohra licenses.
