The Company provides solutions that include wafer sort, assembly, test and drop-shipment services. It also offers value-added services, such as package design, failure analysis and full reliability test, test program development & product characterization. The Company’s customers include Integrated Device Manufacturers (IDMs) and Fabless Companies in the United States, Asia and Europe. It also offers packaging solutions for semiconductors used in diverse end-market applications including communications, consumer electronics, computing, industrial and automotive. Its test production offers services, including dedicated product test engineers; production time optimization; multi-site testing; multiple handler options, including gravity feed, tray-based, turret type and strip test; test low yield analysis; data log hosting in FTP servers, and consigned tester option.
