Profile Summary
Swoop Holdings Limited is an Australia-based provider of data and voice services to wholesale, business and residential customers with a focus on its own fiber and fixed wireless infrastructure. The Company’s network is designed and scaled to deliver flexible telecom network services. The principal activities of the Company include fixed wireless access, as well as wholesale transit services to other Internet service providers (ISPs) and telecommunications companies; Internet and telecommunication services to small and medium-sized enterprises; fixed wireless broadband services to residential customers; services over the national broadband network (NBN) fixed line and fixed wireless networks to customers who cannot connect to the Company’s fixed wireless network; and fiber network management and construction. It also offers mobile virtual network services through Moose Mobile. Moose Mobile provides over 111,000 mobile services on the Optus Network to customers across Australia.
