Symphony Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the apparel retailing businesses. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Retailing segment is engaged in the management and operation of outlet malls as well as investment and holding of properties. The Branding segment is engaged in the development and management of ‘SKINS’ trademarks through a joint venture with ITOCHU Corporation, sourcing, manufacture and trading of healthcare products as well as distribution of Japanese wines. The Financial Services segment is engaged in the provisions of securities brokerage, margin financing, money lending, underwriting and placing of listed securities as well as financial consultancy services.
