System Support Holdings Inc, formerly System Support Inc, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in cloud integration, system integration and outsourcing business. The Company operates in five business segments. The Cloud Integration segment provides technical support for the migration and use of cloud services (ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud) and resales of licenses. The System Integration segment provides technical support for the introduction and use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages, infrastructure construction such as databases, and consulting, design, development, operation and maintenance of information technology (IT) systems. The Outsourcing segment provides database services such as private clouds, data analysis and input. The Product segment develops and sells software. The Overseas segment provides system integration overseas, outsourcing of payroll and accounting work, recruitment services, and media management.
