Profile Summary
T&G Global Limited is a grower, distributor, marketer and exporter of fresh produce, which includes apples, berries, citrus (lemons, mandarins and navel oranges) and tomatoes. The Company's segments include Apples, T&G Fresh, VentureFruit, and Other. The Apples segment is engaged in growing, packing, cool storing, sales, and marketing of apples around the world. The T&G Fresh segment is engaged in growing, trading and transport activities within New Zealand and Australia, and exporting to the Pacific Islands, Australia and Asia. This incorporates the New Zealand wholesale markets, and the tomato, citrus and berry growing operations. Through its range of services, VentureFruit segment focuses on identifying, acquiring, developing, building, and protecting new varieties of fruit. The Other segment includes non-Apple related international trading activities in Asia, property and corporate costs.
