Tamron Co Ltd is a Japan-based company that primarily engages in the manufacturing and sales of products related to photography, surveillance and factory automation (FA), as well as mobility and healthcare. The Company operates through three business segments. The Photography-related segment produces and sells interchangeable lenses for mirrorless cameras and single-lens reflex (SLR) cameras. The Surveillance and FA-related segment manufactures and sells lenses for surveillance cameras, lenses for FA and machine vision systems, lenses for televisions (TV) conferencing and camera modules. The Mobility and Healthcare and Other segment produces and sells lenses for automotive cameras, video cameras, digital cameras, medical lenses, drone lenses and other optical device components.
