Profile Summary
Taruga Minerals Limited is a mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on acquiring and developing gold, copper and precious metals exploration projects in Australia. Its projects include the Gascoyne Project, Mt Craig Copper Project, Flinders Iron-Oxide-Copper-Gold (IOCG) Project, Meekatharra Magmatic Ni-Cu Project and Torrens IOCG Project. The Company’s Gascoyne Project consists of four contiguous exploration licenses, E08/3245, E08/3733, E08/3734 and E08/3752, covering 416.5 square kilometers (km2) in the prospective Gascoyne province of Western Australia. The Mt Craig Copper Project includes exploration licenses EL 6541, EL 6695 and EL 6829, covering over 1,712km2 centered around a major structure, the Worumba Anticline. The Company holds an approximately 20% interest in the Meekatharra Project, which includes exploration license E51/1832, located 30km southeast of the regional center of Meekatharra in the Murchison region of Western Australia.
