The LiveMana business develops, sells and operates new investment Internet of things (IoT) residences, smart hotels and licensed nurseries. Consulting business develops the management know-how cultivated through the sale of new investment IoT residences and development sites into initiatives for urban smart hotels, resort smart hotels, and licensed nurseries. The DayPay business provides a platform for payday and weekly payments using FinTech. This is a welfare outsourcing service for employees of companies that utilizes FinTech. This service mainly aims to enhance employee benefits as a solution to the shortage of human resources.
