Technosmile Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the comprehensive human resources service business. The Comprehensive Human Resources Service Business segment includes the factory and service business and the technology business. The factory and service business responds to the diversifying needs of the manufacturing industry, addresses issues such as labor shortages, and contributes to improving manufacturing productivity through manufacturing dispatch, manufacturing contracting, and education and training. Manufacturing dispatch provides dispatch services to the manufacturing industry, mainly the automotive industry. Manufacturing contracting undertakes all work on the manufacturing line and manufacturing department. Education and training provide post-entry training for foreign technical intern trainees and Japanese language education for overseas personnel. The technology business outsources engineering human resources and develops engineering human resources.
