Teikoku Sen-I Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the disaster prevention, textile, and real estate leasing businesses. The Company operates through four business segments. The Disaster Prevention segment manufactures, purchases, and sells fire hoses, chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) disaster prevention equipment, rescue vehicles, special disaster prevention vehicles, and airport chemical fire trucks. The Textile segment manufactures, processes, and sells textile materials for government agencies and high-performance textile materials such as Nomex for industrial use for private demand. The Real Estate Leasing segment leases land for shopping centers, and others. The Other segment provides insurance agency services.
