Profile Summary
Texas Mineral Resources Corp. is an exploration stage mining company. The Company is primarily focused on developing and commercializing, along with its joint venture operating partner USA Rare Earth LLC, the Round Top Mountain Development, LLC (Round Top) heavy-rare earth, technology metals, and industrial minerals project located in Hudspeth County, Texas. Additionally, the Company is pursuing other domestic mining opportunities. Its projects include Rare Earths - Round Top, Uranium - Round Top and Beryllium - Round Top. The Company owns around 19.6% membership interest in Round Top, which holds two mineral property leases with the Texas General Land Office to explore and develop around 950-acre rare earths project located in Hudspeth County, Texas, known as the Round Top Project. Round Top develops a metallurgical process to concentrate or otherwise extract the metals from the Round Top Project's rhyolite, conduct additional engineering, design and geotechnical work, among others.
