Profile Summary
Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited is a manufacturer of freight wagons and provider of railway infrastructure in India. The Company is engaged in manufacturing, selling and providing service for rail and rail-related products. It manufactures a diverse range of products. Its segments include Freight Car Division, Infra Rail & Green Energy, and Infra Electrical. It manufactures rolling stock, such as wagons, coaches, emus, loco shells and parts, hydro mechanical equipment, steel castings, rail engineering, procurement, construction, bridges and other steel structures. It has six manufacturing units. It is also a freight car manufacturer. These include custom-built special purpose freight cars for movement of large oversize consignments. Its freight cars serve a host of core industries like cement, steel, defense, fertilizer, oil, thermal power projects, and others. It also specializes in manufacturing commodity specific special purpose wagons primarily for the private sector in India.
