Tokuyama Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in chemical products, cement, advanced electronic materials, life science, and environmental business. The Company operates through five business segments. The Chemicals segment provides products such as caustic soda, soda ash, calcium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, sodium silicate, hydrogen, and vinyl chloride monomer. The Cement Segment provides products such as cement, ready-mixed concrete, cementitious solidifiers, and recycled resources. The Advanced Electronic Materials & Components segment provides products such as polycrystalline silicon, dry silica, silicon tetrachloride, and aluminum nitride. The Life Science segment provides products such as medical diagnostic systems, dental equipment, bulk pharmaceuticals and intermediates, plastic lens-related materials, and microporous films. The Environmental Business segment provides products such as ion-exchange membranes, plastic sashes, and recycled gypsum board.
