TOKYOTOKEIBA CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the public competition business, amusement park business, warehouse leasing business and service business. The Company has four business segments. The Public Competition segment is engaged in the leasing, maintenance and management of the Oi racetrack in Tokyo, the horserace ticket sales facilities in Niigata, Ibaragi and Miyagi Prefectures, the home voting systems, and the Isesaki auto race tracks in Gunma Prefecture. The Amusement Park segment is engaged in the operation of Tokyo Summerland, a comprehensive leisure land located in Tokyo. The Warehouse Leasing segment is engaged in the leasing of distribution warehouses in Tokyo. The Service segment is engaged in the leasing of commercial facilities, the management and operation of rented commercial facilities and owned office buildings, trunk rooms, rental apartments and rental restaurants, as well as the design and construction of air conditioning equipment.
