TOVIS Co.,LTD is a Korea-based Company mainly engaged in the manufacture of thin film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) modules. The Company provides three categories of products: TFT-LCD modules, which are used in cell phones, portable multimedia players (PMPs), digital multimedia broadcasting (DMB) televisions (TVs), digital cameras and others; industrial monitors, which are used in casino gaming monitors, public information displays, medical equipment and others, and touch panels, which are used for mobile phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), navigations and others. It distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. On February 26, 2013, the Company merged with HOYAHTECH CO. LTD., a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacturing and sales of touch panel and tempered glass.
