Profile Summary
Toyo Seikan Group Holdings Ltd is a Japan-based container manufacturer. The Company operates in five segments. The Packaging Container segment manufactures and sells containers made primarily from metal, plastic, paper, and glass. The Engineering, Filling, and Logistics segment manufactures and sells packaging container-related machinery and equipment, contracts the manufacture and sale of beverage filling products, aerosol products, and general filling products, as well as truck transportation and warehousing. The Steel Plate-Related segment manufactures and sells steel plates and processed steel plate products. The Functional Materials-Related segment manufactures and sells functional materials such as aluminum substrates for magnetic disks, optical functional films, glazes, pigments, gel coats, and trace element fertilizers. The Real Estate-Related segment rents out office buildings and commercial facilities. The Company also manufactures and sells automotive press dies and others.
