Triple One Metals Inc. is a Canada-based resource exploration company. The Company invests in a portfolio of gold and critical metal projects in mining and mineral-rich Newfoundland. The Company has a 100% interest in 53 claims under two mineral exploration licenses (Caledonia Brooks Properties) located in Newfoundland. Caledonia Brooks Properties are subject to a net smelter returns royalty (NSR) of 1.5% of net smelter returns royalty. The Company also owns approximately 24 mineral claims, representing 1,200 hectares located in the Urban-Barry greenstone belt of the James Bay region, Quebec.
