The Company is primarily engaged in design, development, and distribution of patented fitness equipment. It operates in a single segment, which includes importing and distribution of fitness equipment in Canada and the United States. The Company's products include TUT Trainer, TUT Rower, and TUT Fitness. Its proprietary Stackable Resistance Band TUT Plates allow the user to increase or decrease resistance loads in calibrated increments of 2, 5, 10, 20, and 40 lbs up to 200 lbs of total resistance. Its products maximize functional strength training and up to 300+ exercises, improving form without adding pressure on joints and tendons. The TUT Training App includes on-demand training content and live connectivity. The TUT Rower provides cardio workout and can be detached and stored standing up against the wall or slipped under bed or couch.
