Profile Summary
Unibios Holdings SA is a Greece-based entity operating as a holding group focused on water treatment and sustainable development technologies. It conducts activities through subsidiaries engaged in the design, manufacture, trading, installation and maintenance of water treatment and desalination systems serving municipal networks, industrial facilities, hospitals, hotels and other infrastructure projects. The Group also has interests in renewable energy and sustainability-related activities through Neovent AE, while legacy heating and climate-control operations have been discontinued. Its main subsidiaries include Watera Hellas and Watera entities in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Italy and Luxembourg. It maintains an international presence alongside its operations in Greece, with production and technical facilities in Attica and Volos.
