Profile Summary
Union Gas Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based provider of fuel products. The Company’s three key businesses comprise Retail Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Natural Gas and Diesel. The Company’s retail LPG business extends to the commercial and industrial segment, including the supply of LPG to hawker centers, coffee shops, eating houses and commercial central kitchens. The Company operates a 24-hour fuel station under the brand Cnergy at 50 Old Toh Tuck Road (Cnergy Station) to produce, sell and distribute compressed natural gas (CNG) primarily to natural gas vehicles and industrial customers for their commercial use. The Company sells and distributes diesel to retail customers at its Cnergy Station. The station has five diesel dispensers with four nozzles each and two approximately 20,000-litre underground tanks, which store the diesel.
