Unipres Corp is a Japan-based company mainly manufactures and sells automotive parts. It operates in four segments by region: Japan, Americas, Europe, and Asia. The body pressed parts business manufactures and sells body press parts, and outsources part or all of the manufacturing process to subsidiaries, who then receive materials from the Company and carry out production. The precision parts business manufactures and sells transmission parts, and outsources part or all of the manufacturing process to subsidiaries, who then receive materials from the Company and carry out production. The plastic parts business manufactures and sells plastic parts, and outsources part or all of the manufacturing process to subsidiaries, who then receive materials from the Company and carry out production. In the other businesses, subsidiaries design and construct the Company's factory plants, act as insurance agents, transport the Company's products domestically and others.
