Vee SA, formerly known as Voicetel Communications SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in the provision of call center services. The Company focuses on the development of an automatic telephone assistant under the Brilliance brand name. Brilliance is a system, which maintains telephone communication between a company and its customers. Brilliance offers support for sales, payment, service and product queries, among others. In addition, Brilliance identifies calling customers and bases the answers on previous communication. The Company also provides integration of voicemail, automated telemarketing services, as well as audit of interactive voice response (IVR) systems. The Company’s subsidiaries include SpeechGuru Sp z o o.
