Wanguo Gold Group Ltd, formerly Wanguo International Mining Group Ltd, is an investment holding company primarily engaged in the business of mining, ore processing and sale of concentrates products and gold products. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Yifeng Project segment is engaged in processing and sale of metal concentrates. The Solomon Project segment is engaged in the processing and sales of processed gold concentrates and gold dore. The Company’s products include copper concentrates, iron concentrates, zinc concentrates, sulfur concentrates, lead concentrates, gold dore, gold concentrates as well as by-products of gold and silver and other products. The Company conducts its business in the domestic and overseas markets.
