MUTO SEIKO CO. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of plastic forming molds and plastic precision parts. The Company operates in three business segments. The Plastic Molding segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of digital home electronics, such as digital cameras and video cameras, as well as automobile-related equipment, including center panel units such as car navigation systems, air conditioning and audio, and electronic toll collection systems (ETCs). This segment is also engaged in the manufacture of dies for plastic molding, as well as the provision of technical support services. The Precision Pressed Part segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of precision pressed parts for audio, video, optical and computer peripheral machines. The Printed Circuit Board segment is involved in the design, testing and sale of printed-wiring boards.
