Zenith Energy Ltd. is a Canada-based independent energy company with energy production, exploration and development assets in North Africa, the United States and Europe. The Company operates across multiple energy-related activities, including renewable energy development, electricity generation, oil and gas exploration and production, and uranium exploration. Canoel Italia S.p.A. holds various working interests in approximately 13 onshore exploration and production properties in Italy and serves as its principal operating subsidiary in the country. Its subsidiary, Wesolar S.r.l., holds the photovoltaic assets in Italy. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Compagnie Du Desert Ltd, holds a 100% interest in the El Bibane and Robbana concessions in Tunisia. Leopard Energy, Inc., its subsidiary, holds a working interest in an oilfield producing assets in the United States. It has solar energy development projects across the Liguria, Lazio, Puglia, Piedmont and Lombardy regions of Italy.
