Airport Facilities Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the airport real estate business, off-airport real estate business, airport infrastructure business, and other businesses. It operates through four business segments. The Airport Real Estate Business segment is engaged in the rental and sale of real estate such as office buildings, hangars, and factory buildings. The Non-Airport Real Estate Business segment is engaged in the rental and sale of real estate such as office buildings, apartment buildings, and hotels. The Airport Infrastructure Business segment is engaged in the district heating and cooling business, water supply and drainage operation business, and shared communications business. The Other Business segment is engaged in the rental and lending of real estate overseas, fund lending, the leasing of movable property, and the solar power generation business.
